Using Honeydsum

Hey all
I am trying to run honeydsum on my /var/log/messages . I have all the dependencies accounted for and I have changed the conf file. But i am getting an error that I dont know what to do with

[root_at_localhost honeydsum-v0.3]# ./honeydsum.pl -c honeydsum.conf -w /var/logs/messages

Any suggestions?
